Formado como un equipo de DJ en los años noventa y originalmente incluidos 11 miembros, bajo el nombre de X -Men, que fue escogido en parte debido a su rivalidad entre la tripulación de Super DJ Clark Kent de DJs , conocida como superhombres , y en parte después de la Marvel Comics personajes , pero tuvo que cambiar su nombre debido a la infracción de marca.

Después que El grupo cambia su nombre , la tripulación fue reducida más tarde a los miembros de Rob Swift, Roc Raida , Eclipse Total, y Sinista Mista antes de lanzar su álbum debut X - pressions . Sinista más tarde abandonó el grupo poco después de la puesta en libertad de partir de cero , y Rob Swift dejó el grupo por motivos personales y artísticas en 2005.

Al igual que sus equivalentes de la Costa Oeste Invisibl Skratch Piklz , los cuatro que componen el maestro DJs X de Nueva York -Ecutioners llevar el arte de la manipulación de giradiscos a un nivel tan avanzado que se conviertan en cuatro instrumentistas que crean música completamente nueva. Y a diferencia de los vanguardistas que han intentado cosas similares, este material suena realmente bien.

Este disco es para todos aquellos que piensan que turntablismo siempre suena como la mierda (que lo hace a menudo ) . Esto toma la forma de arte un paso más y crea un disco que representa todo lo que me gusta de turntablism (creatividad, habilidades verdaderas y un enfoque melódica ) .
